The Navigation was extensively refurbished to include new living accommodation in December 2019. Previous years, the pub has been successful on just wet takings, however it does include a catering kitchen, which can be utilised for further trade.

The private accommodation currently consists of three-double bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms and a large office that could also be a double bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and a good-sized lounge, all renovated in December 2019.
