Prior to leasing, both areas and the restrooms will be refurbished. The pub also includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen with an extraction system.
Outside, the pub offers a terrace with a covered section for smokers and a sizable beer garden that can seat 50 guests, which would be enhanced by adding children's play equipment and could serve as an excellent spot for BBQs. The car park has space for 30 vehicles, with additional public parking available next door.
