The Stag & Pheasant is a classic English rural village pub with a traditional bar and separate restaurant, with the added advantage of a car park and, an external patio.
The Stag and Pheasant are separated into two distinct trade areas, each with their entrance. The traditional style bar has ample loose and fitted seating for 50 customers, as well as additional standing room. The bar currently benefits from a pool table and a large TV screen which is set above the log-burning stove. The restaurant, with its bar server, has a flexible capacity for up to 40 covers depending on layout and direct access to the trade kitchen allowing ease of service. Currently, the pub offers an ‘Open Mic’ acoustic evening on Sundays which is very well received, there is also huge potential to promote and utilise the function room that remains unused at present.
An attractive and well-maintained patio with picnic-style benches is situated at the rear of the property. A canopy which provides a covered area for smokers is located within the patio. The gravel car park with 12 spaces is also to the rear and there is additional on-street parking to the front of the pub.
