Once offices to Britain’s largest 19th-century canal freight operator, the building became a pub in the 1980s and remains thriving to this day. As you enter through the main entrance, you are immediately greeted by the main salon bar with plenty of character and charm. This area does evoke a warm and relaxed feeling lending itself to both drinkers and diners. Moving further through, you have the choice to remain inside to a further trade area which opens up to the mezzanine which is a great extension of trade space, especially during popular live sport events.
