The Brawn’s Den has something to offer for everyone, starting at house spirits ranging up to top-shelf quality, including an impressive gin offer. The attractive bar is home to a number of hand pulls for cask ale and also entertains a strong variety of lagers and ciders, there is also a good selection of soft drinks, teas, and coffees. They currently have three menus available; Light Bites, Main Menu, and Children’s Menu. All three menus have a variety of options all of which cater to all dietary requirements.
Ideally, this pub could be suited to an ex-managed house couple, one with a kitchen background and the other acting as the host front of house with exceptional customer service skills. Experience in cask ale would be an advantage. The landlords are looking for a couple with the ability to engage well with the locals and drive footfall late into the evening.
