The Pinny is a well-supported wet-led community-focused pub that has the potential to develop its existing trade by becoming a real “hub” of the community. It benefits from a steady daytime trade, as locals gather to enjoy drinks and catch up with friends. The pub requires a strong rhythm of the week with engaging evening entertainment. To meet this demand, the pub will focus on offering a diverse range of evening entertainment options, including DJ nights, karaoke, quiz nights, and poker tournaments. There is a pool table & darts board which is well used by the locals and there is a huge opportunity to develop local sports teams at the pub which would be well received. The diverse selection of drinks range ensures that there’s something for everyone, in addition to the already great category of leading products, they run numerous promotions daily to give our locals even more reasons to enjoy their time at the pub.

The BDM is on the search for a community-driven operator. The new operator should implement a great rhythm of the week that ideally should include regular live music events along with darts and pool teams coupled with other games/activities associated with this style of the pub. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the local marketplace as well as be community focused and have previous knowledge in running a similar pub.

Security deposit – £2,000.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. The landlords take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock, and day-to-day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff, and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
