Mavericks is an extensive traditional-style building located in the very centre of Doncaster amongst plenty of other commercial, retail, and hospitality business premises. The location is key for this popular venue as it has been transformed into one of the most prominent and busiest nightlife bars in the city, hosting up to 300 guests at any one time. Doncaster itself is a bustling city located in South Yorkshire with a population of more than 300,000 people. With an abundance of history, plenty of tourist attractions, and the very popular Doncaster College, the city is usually a hive of activity all year round. 

Directly off the High Street, you will find the main, centrally located double doors, and upon entering, you will arrive at the large open-plan trade space. With the wrap-around bar directly in front of you, the customer area is formed in a horseshoe shape and is laid to a wooden floor throughout with plenty of low-level, fixed, and loose seating on both sides, as well as having beautiful and contemporary décor to suit the vibrant internal theme. The commercial kitchen is a good size and is accessed through the bar area.

To the rear of the property leading from the main trade space, you will find a quaint enclosed courtyard/smoking area that is a sun trap in the summer months. There are public car parks available within very close proximity to the venue.

The private accommodation has its own external access and consists of four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private rooftop, all in good condition.
