Experience working in a very seasonal business is vital, as being able to demonstrate the ability to flex the team up and down depending on numerous factors including weather, season, and events.
Fantastic food and knock-out service are the cornerstone of this business. This can only be achieved with a real team effort so infectious enthusiasm and inspirational leadership will be second nature to you. Delivering a Rhythm of the Week beyond the norm is also important, as attracting customers throughout the year is key to the long-term success of the business.
Experience working on the Isle of Wight is advantageous but not essential, as you will be at the heart of island and village life and be proud of the tight-knit community you serve.
