The BDM is looking for an experienced strong operator who is willing to embed themselves into this community and deliver outstanding results. You will need to be dynamic and have a deep passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to retail excellence. Your proactive, hands-on approach will shine as you devise and execute a vibrant weekly activity plan that engages the local community on every level. Your previous experience in delivering live entertainment, combined with an understanding of the local marketplace, will be key to your success.
