Mariner

The Mariner is a traditional community local pub with a light and airy interior and many original features. The pub has a first-floor restaurant and large trade kitchen and is situated in a prominent position at Folkestone Harbour with fantastic views across the port and the sea beyond. The pub is extremely popular in the summer months but also benefits from good local trade in the winter months. The Mariner would suit an operator who would be able to grow the food trade even further.

The property is a three-storey public house in which the trading areas are arranged across the ground floor and part of the first floor. It consists of an L-shaped main bar, comprising three separate areas, with open fireplaces, tables and chairs, decorated in a nautical theme with bench seating at the front of the bar area. On the first floor, a turned staircase leads up to a restaurant for approximately 40 covers along with a fully equipped catering kitchen.

Outside are patio-style tables and chairs, which are placed on the front of the premises on the pavement.
