Bedford Hotel

The Bedford Hotel is a very large Victorian corner pub, located very close to Horsham station in a delightful residential area. As a three-storey property, the pub commands a very prominent position with its imposing building.

Internally, the pub operates from two bar areas, there are pub games on offer and there are TV screens which have the potential to host all the major Sky and TNT events.

A trade kitchen is located on the first floor which is currently unused, however could be reinstated to drive additional revenue. On the third floor, there is an additional room which could be used for private functions or meetings with some investment from the new publican.

To the rear of the pub is a very large enclosed patio garden with seating for upwards of 50 customers. There is also a second, smaller enclosed patio area used for smokers. There is a car park located opposite the pub with circa 30 spaces.

The first floor comprises three bedrooms, lounge/diner, bath, w/c and kitchen. The second floor is used only for storage and is classed as ‘loft space’.
