The bar, as it should be, is at the centre of the pub surrounded by 15 covers with a mix of bench and loose seating. There is a seperate restaurant area with 25 covers. This is currently a successful business led by a strong reputation for cask ale and premium lager brands. Reasons to visit include a traditional 'fresh' pub food offer Wednesday to Sunday and the monthly Thai Food van visit. The pub plays home to a darts and dominoes teams. Occassional live music and TNT sports for rugby fans complete the line up. The pub has a large beer garden which is split into two areas including a space for a large marque.
