Oddfellows Arms

The Oddfellows Arms is situated in the large village of Wilberfoss which has a population of around 2100 people. Wilberfoss is located just off the A1079 York to Hull road, to the East of York. The pub is very well presented both externally & internally with an established drink & food customer base.

The décor throughout is fresh and modern but in keeping with a traditional country community pub. A long bar servery offers cask ales, a great choice of lagers and this serves the bar and the lounge. Off the lounge is the main area for dining which caters for 30/40 covers and is also contemporary in style. The furniture is a mixture of sofas, chairs, and loose fittings. The bar area has a large TV, dartboard and AWP which are accessed from the main entrance & car park. 

The trade kitchen is a good size, easily accessed and fully equipped with modern catering equipment & gas interlock, including stainless steel cladding, and extraction allowing the new publican to create and deliver a quality home-cooked food offering.

The beer garden is accessed from the main entrance, there is a mixture of picnic benches and small tables with wooden chairs. The Oddfellows Arms is the heart of the local community and can be used for all events locally.

Located on the first floor, the accommodation provides a flexible three/four bedroom living space. The domestic kitchen is adequately sized but perfectly equipped, and the lounge & formal sitting room are both good sized and in good condition. 1 Family bathroom. Would suit a family.
