You will be taking the helm of an archetypal and successful destination pub, which means we are looking for an outgoing, engaging, and upstanding pillar of the community to become the next great Managed Partner at The Halfway House.
Being currently local would be an advantage (although not essential), whilst being fastidious about serving a perfect pint is mandatory.
The pub needs a motivator, a leader, and a natural at spotting talent to bolster the team. You will be a great listener and speaker and someone who relishes getting involved.
You will derive a profound sense of achievement in planning and organising pub events regularly, as an integral part of the community.
These skills are essential to be successful at seasonal trading whilst giving locals a great reason to visit during the winter months.
