The Alexandra is located on Bellevue Road, just off London Road in the vibrant heart of Bedford Place in central Southampton. The pub is an imposing building, which is sat deep in Southampton's history since 1875, and comprises o traditional L-shaped bar with a mix of fixed and loose seating which leads onto a courtyard to the rear which is a rare commodity in the city. The current publican has completed a full refurbishment to all areas of the pub and has created three pods in the rear garden which can be used for private hire. The pub currently appeals to the student market and local offices and recently launched a street food offer. Externally there are three tables at the front of the pub. There is also a large courtyard at the back which is paved and fully enclosed.  It has great potential to be developed to its full potential, as there are not many places that have this facility. This is Ideal for BBQs in summer. Internally it comprises an L-shaped bar and a mixture of loose and fixed seating. Wooden floors add to the traditional character which is unusual in Bedford Place. The pub design is traditional yet has a contemporary feel. Fully fitted average-sized commercial kitchen and a traditional underground cellar with space for all drinks stocks.
