Inside, a cosy, comfortable bar awaits, with naval memorabilia lining the walls and Kentish real ales lining the classic wooden-topped bar. The pub hosts a well-attended monthly quiz on the first Tuesday of each month, together with various book clubs, social clubs, and charity events. Food is available from noon onwards, every day except for Wednesdays and the menu is packed full of home-cooked, traditional pub favourite dishes.
